Tired day....

today is the second day i went back for athlete training.... 22/12/09
hm.... well, coach told us to run 400m for 12 times...
I was hell tired today.... I didn't finish it tho... haha..
when doing my last run.... something weird happen... I wanted to kept running but suddenly my body just ran out of the lane on it's own.... then I just sat there until my sister came to check on me.... guess that's what happens when you don't go for training....

I just keep on thinking on exercising...

Drama, drama, and more drama

haha... this holiday, church got so many drama.
haha, and agian, i'm going to be in one of them....
it's on 24/12/2009 (Christmas eve) at pustaka miri....
This drama is actually very easy for me coz my role very easy to act.... xD
